Responsibilities
- Forecast emerging technology and market trends through 2026 using quantitative/qualitative analysis
- Develop strategic frameworks for next-gen product development and market positioning
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to prepare for disruptive innovations
- Partner with R&D teams to validate futuristic concepts and accelerate prototyping
- Present insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and industry experts
- Author thought leadership reports on the future of work, AI, and sustainability
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, neurotech, climate AI
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario-planning capabilities
- Published thought leader in futurism or technology forecasting
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-focused projects
