Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026-2035 scenario frameworks using predictive modeling and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize emerging technologies (quantum AI, synthetic biology, neuro interfaces)
- Produce strategic briefings for C-suite on paradigm shifts in energy, governance, and human augmentation
- Design resilient infrastructure blueprints for climate-resilient cities and off-world habitats
- Partner with MIT Media Lab and Singularity University on annual futures forecasting initiatives
- Mentor junior futurists using proprietary foresight methodologies like Delphi 2.0 and causal layered analysis
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent transdisciplinary experience
- Portfolio demonstrating 10+ years of scenario planning for Fortune 500 entities
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, genetic editing, AGI) and their societal impacts
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futures journals or top-tier tech publications
- Proficiency in AI-driven foresight tools (e.g., Trendalyzer, FutureHive)
- Experience with UN Sustainable Development Goals 2030 alignment frameworks
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (STEEP, causal layered analysis)
