Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies and societal trends through 2030
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for quantum computing, AI governance, and biotech convergence
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-proof solutions addressing climate adaptation and resource scarcity
- Deliver executive briefings on disruptive innovations and their market implications
- Architect ethical guidelines for human-AI symbiosis and neuro-interfaces
- Coordinate with global innovation hubs to forecast geopolitical shifts impacting technology adoption
- Author thought leadership papers on sustainable urbanization and space economy development
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or relevant STEM field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, synthetic biology, and AGI development trajectories
- Published work in futurist journals or major tech publications
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on technology disruption
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFMP, CFS) required
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major future-shaping initiatives
