- Establish innovation metrics and KPIs to track progress toward 2026 strategic milestones
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready capabilities into development roadmaps
- Represent InnovateX at global tech forums and thought leadership summits
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Published work on emerging technologies (peer-reviewed journals or industry publications)
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and systems thinking frameworks
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Proven experience translating complex futures into executive-ready recommendations
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management (e.g., from University of Houston)
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for communicating future scenarios
