Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic frameworks for 2026 technology adoption across AI, quantum computing, and biotech sectors
- Lead cross-functional scenario-planning initiatives to anticipate market shifts and competitive threats
- Establish KPIs and measurement systems for emerging technology ROI and adoption rates
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions, government agencies, and industry disruptors
- Present actionable insights to executive leadership and board stakeholders through compelling data visualizations
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio with rigorous risk assessment and opportunity prioritization
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate an organization-wide culture of anticipatory thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or equivalent field with 8+ years of experience
- Proven track record in developing and executing long-term technology roadmaps (2018-2025)
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario modeling methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and board-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Proficiency in futures research tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or equivalent professional designation preferred
