Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze technological, societal, and economic trends through 2026 horizon scanning
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AI ethics)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype 2026-viable solutions
- Present trend insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications on next-generation disruption patterns
- Advise product teams on future-proofing technology roadmaps
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech trend analysis
- Proven track record of mapping multi-year technological trajectories
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging tech convergence patterns (AI, biotech, quantum)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex insights into compelling narratives
- Experience advising C-level executives on future strategy
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or innovation frameworks
