Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technology, social, and economic shifts
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for board-level decision-making
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-proof solutions
- Author thought leadership on disruptive technologies and market evolution
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align teams on future opportunities
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify emerging investment targets
- Present quarterly future outlooks to C-suite and key stakeholders
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or technology innovation
- Proven track record in trend analysis and scenario planning
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum computing, biotech, or climate tech
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Published thought leadership in industry publications
- Experience with strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating future-oriented projects or research
