Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year horizon scanning frameworks identifying disruptive technologies and paradigm shifts
- Produce scenario-planning models for climate resilience, quantum adoption, and AI governance
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives on future-proofing strategies
- Author thought leadership publications in partnership with MIT Media Lab and Singularity University
- Design AI-powered trend prediction systems using NLP and network analysis
- Advolve product development teams in embedding anticipatory intelligence into solutions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or Quantitative Social Sciences
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight or technology trend analysis
- Portfolio demonstrating scenario-planning projects for global enterprises
- Proficiency in trend-mapping tools (Gartner, Forrester) and data visualization (Tableau)
- Published research on exponential technologies (quantum, biotech, AGI)
- Experience with participatory foresight methodologies and Delphi techniques
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (ACSF) or equivalent preferred
