- Author white papers on disruptive innovations and market disruption vectors
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future-proofing principles into development lifecycles
- Represent company at global futurist forums and policy summits
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in trend analysis and scenario development for tech sectors
- Expertise in AI ethics, sustainable tech, and human-machine symbiosis
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures to stakeholders
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, CFMP)
- Published research on 4IR technologies or exponential innovation
