Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ markets
- Develop multi-generational strategic frameworks for AI integration, quantum computing adoption, and human augmentation
- Architect scenario-planning models for climate resilience, bio-economy transitions, and space commercialization

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial products or policy frameworks
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology) and their societal implications
- Exceptional scenario planning and systems thinking capabilities
- Credibility with C-suite executives and ability to influence high-stakes decisions
- Published thought leader in futurism or adjacent domains (e.g., TED speaker, industry journal contributor)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-proofing initiatives with measurable impact
