- Analyze global tech trends to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-vision priorities
- Produce scenario-planning reports for geopolitical and technological disruptions
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-generation solutions
- Represent company vision at global innovation forums and industry summits
- Mentor junior futurists on predictive analytics and trend synthesis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech strategy
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, neurotech)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or tech ethics
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Policy, or related field
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Delphi, causal layered analysis)
- Experience scaling global tech initiatives across diverse markets
