Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks to map technology and market trends through 2026
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and mitigate future risks
- Produce high-impact trend reports and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D to prioritize breakthrough innovations and accelerate development cycles
- Represent the company at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Translate complex foresight into actionable business strategies and KPIs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech leadership
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, neurotech, or climate tech
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial outcomes
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Deep network within global tech innovation ecosystems
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., SFU, APF) preferred
