Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for quantum-AI convergence and human augmentation technologies
- Lead cross-functional teams of quantum physicists, AI ethicists, and bioengineers
- Establish partnerships with MIT Media Lab, DeepMind, and global sustainability initiatives
- Design governance frameworks for autonomous systems and neural interface deployment
- Present future scenarios to C-suite executives and government technology councils
- Drive innovation sprints in our neurotech incubator with $50M annual R&D budget
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Cognitive Science, or Future Studies (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or unicorns
- Published research in Nature/Science on human-machine interaction
- Fluency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit) and neural network architecture
- Expertise in UNESCO AI ethics frameworks and ISO 42001 standards
- Experience securing federal grants for emerging technologies (DARPA, NSF)
- Portfolio demonstrating at least two commercialized future-tech innovations
