- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for C-suite executives, translating complex futures into actionable business plans
- Lead cross-functional workshops with R&D, product, and finance teams to align innovation portfolios with future market demands
- Produce quarterly trend reports with data-driven predictions on societal shifts, regulatory impacts, and consumer behavior evolution
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks to access cutting-edge research and thought leadership
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology analysis with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of developing successful future-focused strategies that generated $50M+ revenue impact
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neurotech, climate tech, or decentralized systems
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in trend visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- PhD or Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field preferred
