Responsibilities

- Present strategic foresight insights to executive leadership and cross-functional teams
- Lead innovation workshops to foster future-oriented thinking across departments
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions and research labs
- Produce quarterly strategic briefs on emerging technologies with business impact assessments
- Advise on R&D investments aligned with long-term future-state capabilities
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business strategy
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex future scenarios
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic frameworks
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
