- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future scenarios and mitigation strategies
- Partner with C-suite executives to align organizational goals with long-term vision
- Produce whitepapers and thought leadership on future-focused topics
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory changes affecting tech ecosystems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Proven track record of shaping technology policy or product roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech (quantum computing, AGI, climate tech)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and stakeholder audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or similar preferred
