Responsibilities
- Analyze macroeconomic, technological, and sociocultural trends to identify 2026 disruptors
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for product development and market positioning

- Produce annual 'Horizon Scan' reports with quantifiable impact projections
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-proof solutions
- Establish KPIs for tracking strategic foresight effectiveness
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex futures into narratives
- Certification in futures methodologies (e.g., CFS, CFMP) strongly preferred
