Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze emerging technologies and societal shifts through 2026 horizon scanning
- Develop strategic frameworks for market disruption and competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Produce trend reports and scenario-planning documents for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D teams to align innovation pipelines with future market demands
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks for trend intelligence
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurology, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with tech focus
- Proven experience in horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy publications
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful long-term strategic initiatives
