Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with C-suite executives
- Produce annual 'Future State' whitepapers for industry conferences
- Manage quantum computing pilot programs with IBM and Google
- Architect sustainable tech frameworks for ESG compliance
- Mentor junior futurists through our Future Leaders Academy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation consulting
- Published thought leadership in emerging tech (IEEE, MIT Press)
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum computing, or circular tech
- Proven experience advising C-level executives on digital transformation
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEPLE)
