Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for enterprise adaptation to future disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to co-create innovation roadmaps with C-suite executives
- Produce strategic whitepapers and thought leadership on future-state ecosystems
- Advolve AI ethics, quantum computing, and bio-integration implications for business models
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to Fortune 500 boards and government agencies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., APF, CFS) preferred
- Portfolio published on future-state scenarios or technology impact
- Experience advising C-suite on long-term transformation initiatives
