Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ market evolution
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, AGI, biotech) and translate into competitive advantages
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite on disruptive market shifts
- Build and manage a global network of futurist researchers and industry pioneers
- Author white papers and thought leadership on future-of-work and societal transformation
- Oversee cross-functional innovation sprints targeting 2026 breakthrough opportunities
- Advise on ethical implications of emerging technologies and responsible innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future studies
- Proven track record of translating future trends into business value
- Expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across global markets
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or societal transformation
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
- Deep understanding of geopolitical and socioeconomic drivers of change
