Responsibilities

- Lead scenario planning workshops to identify opportunities and threats in emerging industries

- Monitor global macroeconomic indicators and geopolitical shifts affecting long-term strategy
- Represent the company at premier futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech convergence trends
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
- Experience leading cross-continental strategy teams
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS or similar)
