Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their market implications through 2026
- Develop scenario-planning models for industry disruption and opportunity identification
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future strategic priorities
- Produce comprehensive trend reports and strategic briefings for executive leadership
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Champion innovation culture through thought leadership and internal education programs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech trend analysis
- Proven experience with scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend mapping methodologies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills for complex future scenarios
- Strong stakeholder management experience across executive, technical, and creative teams
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy (articles, white papers)
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
