- Produce strategic whitepapers and trend briefings for board-level decision-making
- Manage innovation pipeline with $2M annual R&D budget
- Partner with product teams to integrate foresight into development roadmaps
- Represent company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, or related field
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption (e.g., AI ethics, quantum adoption)
- Proficiency in horizon scanning tools (e.g., TrendWatching, Gartner Hype Cycle)
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Shell Two Scenarios)
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020+ trend predictions with 80%+ accuracy
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
