- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Author white papers and thought leadership content on long-term market evolution and competitive positioning
- Facilitate executive workshops and stakeholder dialogues on future-readiness and transformational change
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry innovators
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and long-term strategic frameworks
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology) and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills for complex future concepts
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented future-strategy initiatives
