Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI ethics, quantum computing adoption, biotech convergence) to forecast industry disruptions by 2026
- Develop scenario-planning models for clients in finance, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Author thought leadership reports published in Harvard Business Review and MIT Technology Review
- Build and manage a network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Present strategic recommendations to boards of directors with 95%+ stakeholder buy-in rate
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategy consulting or corporate foresight with Fortune 500 experience
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies: Delphi, Horizon Scanning, and Cross-Impact Matrices
- Track record of implementing future-proofing strategies with measurable ROI
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with advanced Tableau/Power BI capabilities
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks governing emerging technologies
