Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models for 2026 technology adoption across 15+ industries
- Architect blueprints for carbon-negative smart cities and decentralized networks
- Lead horizon scanning for quantum computing, synthetic biology, and neurotech breakthroughs
- Collaborate with MIT Future Labs on 3D-printed habitat prototypes for Mars colonization
- Design ethical frameworks for AGI governance and neural interface protocols
- Present strategic roadmaps to Fortune 100 C-suite executives and UN sustainability forums
- Mentor PhD fellows in emerging tech ethics and policy development
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurology, Systems Engineering, or Computational Social Science
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight or emerging technology consulting
- Published research in Nature Futures or similar peer-reviewed journals
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and predictive modeling frameworks
- Deep understanding of blockchain, quantum mechanics, and biotech convergence
- Previous work with UN SDG 2030 or IPCC climate scenario modeling
- Certification in Futures Thinking (WFS or APF preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ disruptive tech implementations
