Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AGI, quantum computing, neurotech) and market implications
- Create scenario planning models for disruptive industry transformations
- Lead cross-functional workshops with executive stakeholders
- Produce trend reports and innovation roadmaps with 95% predictive accuracy
- Advolve AI and data science teams to build forecasting algorithms
- Represent company at global futurist conferences (Davos, Web Summit)
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with future-focused projects
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record predicting market shifts (portfolio required)
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong proficiency in AI trend analysis tools (GPT-4, Trend Hunter, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with C-level executive presence
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS preferred)
