Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for emerging tech domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI governance)
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with C-suite executives to anticipate 2026 market disruptions
- Produce trend briefings on nanotechnology, space tech, and decentralized systems for investment committees
- Establish innovation KPIs measuring impact on UN Sustainable Development Goals
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions (MIT, Stanford, ETH Zurich) for breakthrough R&D
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-AI collaboration standards
- Present strategic visions at Davos-level forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent with 8+ years in strategic innovation
- Proven track record in forecasting technology adoption curves (e.g., AI, blockchain, IoT)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum applications, neurotech, or climate AI
- Published thought leadership in journals like Future Studies Quarterly or MIT Technology Review
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on long-term tech disruption scenarios
- Proficiency in strategic foresight frameworks (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, Cross-Impact Matrices)
- Prior work in ethical AI governance or sustainable tech innovation
