Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable innovation pipelines
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions aligned with long-term market trajectories
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and narratives
- Establish KPIs to track foresight integration success and ROI of future-oriented initiatives
- Mentor junior futurists and build an organizational culture of adaptive innovation
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven track record of developing multi-year roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies: quantum computing, biotech, AGI, and climate tech
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published author or thought leader in future studies or innovation strategy
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from the Association of Professional Futurists)
