Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 Technology Horizon Scanning Framework using predictive analytics and trend synthesis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate futuristic concepts into actionable business strategies
- Produce quarterly '2026 State of the Future' reports for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Architect innovation pipelines integrating quantum computing, biotech convergence, and climate tech
- Establish KPIs for measuring paradigm-shifting initiatives against 2026 milestones
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify and nurture emerging 2026-enabling startups
- Represent company at global futurism forums including Davos and World Economic Summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent technical field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies and scenario planning frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology, energy storage)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight publications
- Certification in Futures Foresight or Strategic Planning (e.g., APF, WFS)
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams with diverse cultural perspectives
- Portfolio demonstrating impact of future-oriented initiatives on business transformation
