- Lead scenario-planning workshops to prepare organizations for disruptive paradigm shifts
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Establish ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and cognitive augmentation technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven expertise in trend analysis using data-driven methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies: AGI, neuro-interfaces, synthetic biology
- Experience advising C-suite executives on paradigm transitions
- Portfolio demonstrating published futurist frameworks or implemented innovation strategies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
