Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Thinking, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership roles
- Expertise in scenario planning, exponential technology analysis, and megatrend forecasting
- Proven track record of translating future insights into executable business strategies
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Deep knowledge of sustainability frameworks, circular economy models, and climate resilience
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-focused research or strategic implementations
