Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic frameworks for 2026+ technological adoption
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, AI, neurotech) and market disruption vectors
- Design scenario-based models for business resilience in volatile future environments
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and product teams
- Present foresight insights to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks
- Curate annual '2026 Horizon Report' for executive decision-making
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record developing 5+ year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Experience with foresight tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, Causal Layered Analysis)
