Responsibilities
- Architect strategic technology roadmaps for 2026+ in AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing prototype systems for next-gen human-computer interfaces
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Present futuristic tech frameworks to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Establish innovation KPIs and track adoption of emerging technologies across industries
- Author thought leadership papers on the societal impact of 2026 technology trends
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with proven experience in AI/ML or quantum computing
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent on future-tech applications
- Mastery of strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Expertise in at least one emerging tech domain: neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology, or AGI
- Track record of scaling tech teams from 5 to 50+ members
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Futurology preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ technology commercialization cycles
