Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum AI and neurotech integration
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Architect strategic frameworks for implementing breakthrough innovations in enterprise ecosystems
- Present futuristic visions to C-suite executives and board members with compelling data-driven narratives
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford labs on next-gen human-computer interface projects
- Drive innovation sprints focused on solving 2030 sustainability challenges through tech
- Mentor junior futurists and build a global network of thought leaders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 7 years experience in technology foresight or R&D strategy at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of launching at least three disruptive tech innovations
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology adoption curves
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and public speaking experience
- Portfolio showcasing published futurist research or patented innovations
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS) required
