- Analyze emerging tech trends (2025-2030 horizon) using predictive modeling and scenario planning
- Develop strategic roadmaps for integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech solutions
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Present trend forecasts to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Mentor junior futurists through our Horizon Academy program
- Author quarterly trend briefs for industry publications and conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or emerging tech analysis roles
- Proven experience with predictive analytics tools (e.g., Palantir, Tableau)
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex trends into actionable insights
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating trend-impact analysis for Fortune 500 companies
