Responsibilities
- Architect strategic roadmaps for 2026+ tech adoption across quantum computing, neural interfaces, and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing prototype solutions for next-gen human-AI collaboration
- Conduct horizon scanning of emerging technologies to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop ethical frameworks for AI and biotechnology integration into daily workflows
- Present future scenarios to C-suite executives and board members for strategic decision-making
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate futuristic concepts through rapid iteration
- Establish innovation metrics to measure impact on business transformation and societal benefit
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ years in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of developing future-focused tech roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Expertise in ethical AI governance and responsible innovation frameworks
- Strong background in human-centered design and user experience for futuristic interfaces
- Experience presenting complex tech concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Futures Studies, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future studies (IEEE, ACM, etc.)
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools and foresight methodologies
