Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze technological trends, market disruptions, and societal shifts through 2026+ horizon scanning
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable tech innovations
- Partner with C-suite executives to align technology initiatives with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-forward solutions
- Conduct scenario planning and risk assessments for emerging technology adoption
- Represent the company at global tech forums and thought leadership summits
- Mentor innovation teams in future-proofing methodologies and strategic foresight
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership with demonstrated 2020s+ impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3, AR/VR) and their societal implications
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Advanced degree in Technology, Futures Studies, Business, or related field
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities with data-driven decision making
- Experience presenting to executive stakeholders and boards on complex technological topics
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
- Portfolio showcasing previous technology strategy implementations or thought leadership
