Responsibilities
- Develop and implement forward-looking technology roadmaps spanning 2024-2026 with measurable KPIs
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions in quantum AI and biotech integration
- Analyze emerging tech disruptors (Web4.0, neural interfaces, climate-tech) and assess commercial viability
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and investor boards using data-driven visualizations
- Manage $5M+ annual R&D budget for experimental technology incubation
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proof methodologies and scenario planning frameworks
- Author thought leadership publications for industry publications and patent novel tech architectures
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record of commercializing at least 3 disruptive technologies
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, blockchain, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in scenario modeling tools (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle)
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or industry white papers
