Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-AI hybrid systems for climate modeling and healthcare breakthroughs
- Architect ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making algorithms with 2026 deployment targets
- Forecast technological convergence points between biotechnology, neural interfaces, and distributed computing
- Design human-centric interfaces for next-gen immersive environments and metaverse ecosystems
- Establish innovation partnerships with MIT, Caltech, and global policy institutions
- Develop patent-pending methodologies for predictive technology impact assessment
- Mentor fellows in emerging technologies while maintaining hands-on technical leadership
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on future technology implications
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum machine learning, neuro-symbolic AI, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of leading $10M+ R&D initiatives with measurable societal impact
- Deep understanding of UN SDGs and technology-for-good implementation strategies
- Proficiency in forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning) with 90%+ accuracy
- Experience securing government grants for future-focused technologies
- Portfolio of 3+ commercialized technologies with global adoption
