Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (2026-2030 horizon) and develop strategic implementation roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities across AI, quantum, and biotech domains
- Produce actionable foresight reports for executive decision-making and investor communications
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions, startups, and industry thought leaders
- Translate complex technological concepts into compelling narratives for diverse stakeholders
- Architect innovation frameworks to accelerate R&D cycles and competitive advantage
- Advise on ethical implications and sustainable integration of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futurism, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends (demonstrated through published work)
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and board-level stakeholders
- Strong understanding of ethical technology frameworks and ESG principles
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFMP) highly desirable
