Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology foresight framework using scenario planning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for future market needs
- Establish strategic partnerships with emerging tech startups and research institutions
- Present visionary roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Monitor global tech disruptions and regulatory shifts impacting 2026 technology landscapes
- Mentor innovation teams in future-proof methodologies and agile experimentation

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record of anticipating and capitalizing on emerging tech trends
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotechnology, or sustainable tech
- Experience with scenario planning tools and futures research methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futures Studies (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or foresight publications
