- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, Web3, and neurotech into enterprise ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align technical capabilities with future market demands
- Present foresight frameworks to executive leadership and investor stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs for R&D acceleration
- Anticipate regulatory shifts and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Author thought leadership publications on future tech paradigms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in forecasting tech adoption (AI/quantum/biotech focus)
- Expertise in scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging tech stacks (LLMs, quantum algorithms, neuro interfaces)
- Executive communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or innovation strategy
- MSc/PhD in Technology Foresight, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Experience with venture capital or corporate innovation ecosystems
