As a key member of our Future Intelligence Lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to identify disruptive opportunities and mitigate technological risks. You'll translate complex data into actionable strategies while maintaining our commitment to ethical innovation and sustainable growth.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) and forecast market impacts through 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for adopting next-gen technologies while aligning with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future products and services
- Conduct competitive intelligence analysis and identify disruptive threats/opportunities
- Present visionary insights to executive leadership and board members
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote speeches at global tech forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in futurist/forecasting roles
- Proven track record of implementing successful future-focused tech initiatives
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, Web3, AR/VR, and climate tech
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario modeling capabilities
- Strong presentation skills with experience influencing C-level stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Futures Studies, or related field
- Published thought leadership in recognized industry publications
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
