Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and metaverse integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for autonomous systems and biotech interfaces
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Present futuristic vision to C-suite executives and board members
- Mentor junior innovators in emerging technology methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with proven impact on future-facing initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AGI, neurotech, etc.)
- Track record of developing patent-pending solutions for complex global challenges
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Future Studies preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
