Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market forecasts and sustainability mandates
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI systems and quantum-resistant encryption protocols
- Conduct competitive analysis of emerging tech trends across aerospace, biotech, and renewable energy sectors
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Present visionary concepts to C-suite executives and board members using data-driven scenario modeling
- Oversee implementation of ethical AI frameworks and carbon-negative technology initiatives
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning and technology assessment methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics with 8+ years of strategic tech planning experience
- Proven track record in deploying quantum computing or advanced neural networks at enterprise scale
- Deep expertise in regulatory compliance for emerging technologies (EU AI Act, US Quantum Act)
