- Analyze global tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to map 5-10 year strategic roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops to develop future-proof business models and product visions
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into corporate strategy and R&D pipelines
- Author thought leadership reports on societal impacts of exponential technologies
- Identify and nurture partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Design and implement scenario planning frameworks for high-uncertainty futures
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and future-focused conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech analysis
- Deep expertise in at least two exponential technology domains (AI, quantum, neurotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology innovation (required)
- Experience with scenario planning, horizon scanning, and Delphi methodology
- Global perspective with understanding of geopolitical and ethical implications of future tech
