Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research initiatives in AI ethics, quantum applications, and human-computer interaction paradigms
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members through compelling data visualizations
- Manage a $5M innovation budget, allocating resources to high-impact R&D projects
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and industry thought leaders
- Mentor a team of 8 futurist analysts and technology scouts
- Author quarterly trend reports published in industry journals
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in futurist or foresight roles
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurology
- Published thought leadership in AI, quantum computing, or human augmentation
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning techniques
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI-driven analytics
- Strong public speaking skills with executive-level presentation experience
