Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning with 3+ years in future-gazing roles
- Proven track record launching technologies with 5+ year horizons
- Expertise in quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech convergence
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals
- Experience securing $10M+ R&D budgets for long-term innovation projects
